On 18th February I ordered a "free " sample of a skincare product and authorised a payment of $9.20 from my bank account. The item never arrived and I assumed I had lost my money, the equivalent of £5.95. Then on checking my latest bank statement I discovered that another sum of $86 (£54.95) had been removed from my bank account! I cannot discover how to contact these scammers, and am on my way to the bank to try and stop any more money being taken out. I am a pensioner and can ill afford to be conned in this manner!
