There are two serious things that need your kindly assistance as following statements:
1. NutritionDynamics shipped two wrong items:
2 bottles of Metagenics, EPA-DHA Extra Strength Enteric-Coated 60 Softgels

CHEN SHING-HWEI's order placed on Dec 27 that are
2 bottles of Metagenics, EPA-DHA Extra Strength Enteric-Coated 120 Softgels

But nobody refund the money to her credit card's bank up to now.

2. CHEN SHING-HWEI's Order 48235420-4F459139-664-479B6 (Order Number: 2869) placed on Feb 22 is not yet received so far. After I besought your Executive Offices for help, but they ignore it and are perfunctory and shrug off
