Prize Information Bureau Promised to Process my prize for $20

On February 1, I sent in a check for $20 to have my prize processed. It was guaranteed at the time that if I was not satisfied, I could request a refund of the $20. After a couple of months, of getting many more requests for $20 to process additional prizes, and not having my initial prize processed, I requested a refund of my $20.
