I have also recieved the same exact letter, call 1 800 235 3496, provide prize entry ID and signed E. Wright. What can be done about this Scam??? How can they be stoped??? I think this type of thing is so wrong, I am almost certain many unfortunate individuals have fallen victim to this scam: (
