Could not receive incoming calls on my phone. Call Reach Out Wireless customer service line. Spoke with a technician. After going through all of the testing from his end, he says the phone is defective. Mind you, the product is defective on their end. He told me that in order to receive a new phone, I would have to send in some money for shipping/handling. Now, when I first got my phone, I didn't have to pay anything (shipping/handling), why when its their fault (defective product), I have to come out of pocket.
