I was warned by Blue havens competition when I was shopping for pools about Blue Havens sales tactics. I should have listened. They tend to leave out a lot of little stuff that adds up that you find out about at your pool layout or as the pool is being built.By this time, you are already obligated to upholding your end of the contract and can't get out.
I had to pay for deep end access, having an existing concrete patio busted out and taken away, a water fill line going to my pool, extra deck because the design person did not charge what was reflected on the drawing he did, electrical work etc... If the price sounds to good to be true, then it probably is.
Overall, the pool turned out fine I guess, but I could have gotten the same pool cheaper with a more reputable pool builder that "accurately" covered these things an ordinary customer would not know about up front. I was told all the extra stuff I had to pay for was included. Be careful about these guys quoting you a low price up front that does not include what you think is included.
