Did not send me my refund after I shipped the product back

I would like Student Services Inc. To refund my money. I sent the product back in Oct. 2011. They will not answer there phone all I get is a busy signal. I sent them 3 complaints or more and have contacted them by phone several times when I didnt get a busy signal.
