Paid for 15 day supply: shipped 10 day supply. Busy signal 24/7

The product I paid for was a 15 day supply. When it finally arrived, it contained a 10 day supply. I have attempted, by phone, to cancel future orders, and got a busy signal 24/7. I have mailed my cancellation letter and demand no further charges to my credit card hoping it will arrive on time.
