Ipurchased the PSAT, SAT, and ACT test preparation CD study product from STUDENT SERVICES INCORPORATED. After reviewing the product my daughter and I decided that it did not meet our needs in terms of the information that was being reviewed. According to the service, to return the product, a phone call must be placed to customer service at 972-546-8888 or 877-773-8050 to obtain a return authorization number.
I followed the instructions regarding how to obtain a return authorization number for product return. The study material was sent via USPS on December 15. I called on December 19 and was confirmed that the package was received and a credit will be issued in 30 days. It is February 6 and I still have not received my refund and when I tried to call the 877 # or main number; 972, I get a busy signal no matter when I try throughout the day. Three months later I get a emial stating they "MERCHANT" dept will contact me has not happen.
