I heard a commercial on the radio advertising a "stimulus" program. You're supposed to get $2000 in free groceries NO RESTRICTIONS on your purchases. I called the number given and the rep Aja #1752 said the only restrictions were that I couldn't use the coupons for alcohol, cigarettes, or produce. Then told me I ONLY had to pay $19.95 which would be refunded to me. She then proceeded to offer me other free items. I agreed to receive the Fitness DVD's that were FREE but I ONLY had to pay $2 for shipping. A week later, I received the DVD's but not my coupons. A month later, still no coupons but a $38 charge to my account from Fitness DVD. I called the American Value's customer service number and spoke to Rebecca regarding the charge I never authorized. Rebecca claimed to not know anything about Fitness DVD, or anything else I asked her until I caught her in a lie. She was very rude and misleading. These people need to be stopped immediately!!! They are nothing more than CRIMINALS! Oh and Rebecca said the reason I hadn't received my coupons is because the warehouse is so backed up. I'm also getting text messages from weird email addresses advertising a GPS tracking device on your spouse...
