I called on the 17th to order ONE headset and of course it was buy one get one "free". I said no to every single offer - I made sure of that. Not two days later I see that my $10 headset turned into a $51.80 debit from my account. And though I tried I couldn't get through to a live person on the phone. Like everyone else I am very angry (mostly because I should have known better). I don't know what to do except contact the Better Business Bureau.
