Had Cashbee pick up a mixed box of DVDs and CDs on Jan 12th (was picked up by City link), received a text message on Jan 17th that package was received, checked and stocked. Up until today (March 20th) no payment for goods received, even on their website cashbee.co.uk transaction still only listed as 'Package (s) arrived, checked and stocked', no indication of payment made. Emails sent over the last month asking for this to be resolved only result in a generic 'Thank you for contacting Cashbee. Due to the huge popularity of
Cashbee we are currently taking longer that expected to answer emails.
Your email will be answered in strict rotation.' reply. Have to assume that they are not even remotely interested in actioning my emails/paying for my goods as nobody can tell me that their email volume is that big that it takes close to a month for them to get to my email thru their rotation. Can only assume that this is a case of criminal fraud and theft.
