I bought a movie in May, but did NOT approve a membership. Paid with Paypal which I seldom use and promptly forgot all about it... Till I saw my statement this month and found I had been billed $9.95 a month for 10 months.
Of course, shame on me for not checking my statements but I don't use Paypal often. The point is, like many other folks, I have been robbed plain and simple. They may as well have picked my pocket. If this is not criminal behavior I don't know what is.
