Clicking the link will take you to www.brewer-careers.com (which claims to be VeriSign approved, but if you click around you'll see it's empty)

After typing replying to a dozen very long sentences/paragraphs it asks you to submit a free credit report and paste the code to prove your identity. It says it'll use Equifax, but the link http://credit. Profinity.com is a scam and didn't take my information the countless times I submitted it. Of course I thought it was trustworthy with the VeriSign label, so I provided my DOB, SSN, e-mail, address, card number.

I encourage anyone who completed this to get a new card just in case.
