My mom and I went to the chipotle in West St. Paul Minnesota on Robert Street. My mom ordered chips and guac with her tacos, and they handed us the guac that had been sitting on the counter for who-knows-how long. When we got home (a 5 minute drive), the guac was brown and sour and made my mom sick. Your employees should not take the guac out of the refrigerated compartments until someone specifically requests it at the moment. We paid for bad guac. I'm appauled.
