I placed an order with BenFranklin.com over a month ago. They never shipped, never responded to my emails or phone calls to customer service. They don't even give you the option to speak to someone.
I will be taking legal action via AMEX and will report them to BBB. This is clearly a scam... They use your money for as long as they can and then they will offer to refund as they clearly do not have these items. This is illegal and they should be held accountable.
