I also live in Belgium and responded on an advertisement of this company on Facebook. You could order some samples of the product and just pay the delivery costs. So on the 16/02 my credit card was charged with this amount. I received the goods on Wednesday 03/14 and wanted to see how it has to be used because there is no explanation with it. Reading these complains I immy went to check my account and indeed I notice that my credit card was charged with 222,00 USD. So now to prevent any other charges I have to cancell credit card also: (
Can somebody tell me where I have to be to try to get my money back?
