My five year extended warranty on my used car purchase ended Feb. 23 and I immediately wrote to SFG for my refund. I received a letter dated March 10 saying they could not find my paper work (even though I sent a copy of my contract), therefore they could not provide a refund. Shortly after that, their web site went off the internet and they would not answer any phone calls. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission (after calling the FBI). Have heard nothing back.
