Ordered a wallet replica from burberrybagssale.info and paid w visa (they unfortunately don't accept paypal) Invoice comes from shady sitecomplaint.com for some strange reason (big red flag). Received my purchase 3 weeks later and it was a PIECE OF JUNK unlike any of the pictures and far from anything worth $130, not even close to resembling what i had ordered and a pathetic looking so called replica. Emailed the site for return address and refund procedure.
My request was ignored and instead i was told to keep it and offered 20% off next purchase. Continued daily emails requesting and finally demanding refund for 2 weeks... Everyday i was offered 30,40, 50% off my next order but DENIED A REFUND. They will not give me a return address, suggested i re-sell the hideous thing, and offered a whopping 10% back...$13!! I didn't get my order and they are keeping my money. Hopefully my bank will settle the issue. These people are thieves and i hope they all choke on a fortune cookie!
