I don't know what happened. I started getting these stupid text messages with a 4 digit number at the top. Then we received 4 charges on our cell phone bill for 9.99 tax. I am writing the United States Attorney General and the FCC. There are complaints online from as far back as 2007. I don't know who this is. Their website is very evasive. They're just a bunch of self serving cons.
