I signed up for a 30 day trial for 4.95. When the trial arrived it came with no paperwork. What was suppose to be a 14 day trial after the shipping date which brings it down to 11. If you try to cancel it is almost impossible. You have already paid for another months worth of filters and a9.95 shipping and then a 20 percent restocking fee and so on they don't tell u this when u sign up for the 4.95 30 day free trial. It's a same they don't want it back believe me
