I was "convinced" to sign up for their special support: 15 issues up to 15 computers, for one year. After finding out how long it took for them to answer phone calls and them not resolving the 1 issue i had on one computer, i asked for
a refund. They refused. I called my credit card company and they had no luck
getting a refund (even tho SGS faxed us papers stating they would refund 99.95 after using just one issue). The number they had me call to sign up was easy. And
answered right away (1800.304.4541). The number you call to have technical help is another story... You get put on hold for an hour or more at times! (1.877.737.1080). I just dont wont any other person to be ripped off like this.
