My Mercedes C Class was involved in Auto accident taken to Autowest Elite in Fremont, Ca by my insurance Company USAA. Myself an my In Home Care provider as I am Disabled. Went to retrieve my belongings, We found the Vehicle unlocked with keys in the ignition. Even though the car was hit it was still driveable. We began removing items no one stopped us or came out for 15 minutes. My checks from Franklin Templeton Bank were missing and have been recieving phone calls daily of activity on a closed account to date over 97 checks have been written, 150.00 in cash, my Car title, registration, ID, Wallet and my Son's Ipod and all my Cds were taken from my car. Even my Insurance Info.
Filed Police Report for Grand Theft Auto # 111210029 to no avail. No action has been taken. Oh yeah I had some tickets for my other vehicle that have to collections because no paper work to pay them. [Personal Information Removed]
