I purchase Steaks and Seafood for Capital Meats in Feb. I tried the Shrimp first, following their cooking instructions and the salmon tasted as if it had gone off. I Called the representative and he replaced the salmon with a box of shrimp. I had a party in March and tried the shrimp, again following cooking instructions. The shrimp tasted as if had gone off, had several people taste to verfify. I then called the represtative on Mar 9th, he promised to come on March 12 and replace all the seafood with steaks. So far no one has called are attempted to take care of problem. I called on March 14thto main office, still no response.
