$98.70 Charged on Top of $1.00 for 1000 Coins

I purchased 1000 coins for $1.00. When I went back, it took the $1.00 plus $98.70. I want my money back, and the number provided to contact them is busy, or gives a busy signal, all the time. I don't know how to contact this company to get my money back. Can you help me, please?
