I have a residential account with OGE. About a month ago, I started a commercial account. While setting up the account I was not told of any deposit that was ncessary, they would just turn the service on. Before they could turn on my residential service I had to pay the deposit.in this case they mentioned no deposit and just turned the service on. I have only been at the commercial building maybe 15 of the 29 days in Feb and only use one light at a time, making sure to turn off and unplug everything when I leave except for the cash register and the water heater. My first bill was over 350.00 dollars requiring a deposit. Then the notes were changes to say that a deposit was required.

In my opinion they are not to be trusted even when making agreements that they hold you to but they themselves will not hold themselves accountable.

No longer do I have respect and trust for this company and their people, to so easily lie and alter the truth to match their policies and procedures, but I guess when you are the only game in town you can do what you want.
