The amount of $9.99 has been showing up on my T-Mobile phone bill for the past several months. When I first noticed it I called T-Mobile to inquire what this charge was and was told it was a 3rd party charge. I got the number from T-Mobile and contacted this company to cancel and explained that I had not authorized them to charge my account since I did not know who or what they were. I was told by ClickGen that they was sorry and would credit my T-Mobile phone bill. Needless to say the charges are back again and I do not like this. I cannot call them from the number on the bill because the last digit is convently not on the bill with the 800 number. So this is how I got to your website by researching for a 800 number.
