I received a phone call, saying today was my lucky day that i had won a cruise for two to the Bahamas that all i had to do was answer some personal questions that was needed to complete the cruise reservations. I am seeking damages for the information that was given out, and deception that i was exposed to, and for them asking questions about a member in my family serving in the armed forces for their deceptive gain, and being harassed by other telemarketers that are affiliated with their company from the personal information they received from me and gave it out to others for their own personal gain.
