I had free bids and won mybid for a mobile phone for £1.73? I think. I had to use my credit card details for this transaction to pay for the phone, (which i've never recieaved)! I never signed up to any molnthly payments or any subcriptions. I am a dissabled person who only get bennifits, for the last two months ive had to ring my credit card companyto ask why im getting text's saying im over drawn when i know i just paid my bill up to date. My credit card company say they have to pay them when they ask, even though ive asked them not to. So how do i stop them taking money off my card every month, getting me in more debt???
