Basically, I tried to cancel and they made it impossible. Make sure you read the terms of cancelation because you are rushed through the process. It's not fair to keep money if a customer doesn't agree with the service. This is how you can tell that they are scammer's...
1st! They told me 3 days to cancel
2nd! Another person told me 7 days
3rd! The paper work states 30 days
4th! They make you pay them... To pay your mortage, provide all of your personal info and and yet for some reason they have no access to knowing if your loan will change or even the correct amount.
5th! When you try to cancel NBA will not agree in refunding your money. Yet, with a reciept, you can even return toilet paper back to CVS. Why? Well in my book as the customer, your opinion is supposed to matter.
6th! They went from it is not ok to refund to yes, "i guess we can give you back half of you money"...
7th! I am getting a lawyer, contacting Better Business, and any other measures that are needed to stop companies from taken advantage, especially of new home owners.

Also, please leave your comments. I read another customers statement, which encouraged me to do the same. I talked with her and they refunded all of her money back.
