Purchased vacation club memebership in Panama City Florida at Hilton Garden Inn. This to include reduced airfare, cruises, car rental, condos and all hotels, and golf packages. Must book with 24 hour toll free number. Would receive password for website 48-72 hours after purchase. When didn't receive password called the toll free number and it went to voice mail. We went back to the Hilton and spoke with Bill the manager and he gave us a number to call for more information. No response, went to Police and was advised to return portfolio to them and ask for a refund if we were not satisfied. We did that and now they have that as well and we are still waiting for a resolution. Filed a fraud report. I am hoping others will read this and beaware of this so you don't make the same mistake
