On february we bought the software and seo packages, and i spoke to jason about it and he confimed to us that there was full refund if problems. Now they are rude, and denying refund claim. I spoke to another costomer about the same, and they had problems of similiar nature. Software will not work. And after reseaerch we can see that the problem is the same with penny auction soft.com as this is same company with same software.
