Company failed to reduce credit card interest rates. I wanted a refund which they agreed to and when I called for additional information they would not return my calls. They were going to connect me to the refund dept. And they would cut me off and hang up and then all I would get was the answering machine for the rest of the day. I checked the internet and found others with the same problem from the same company so I called the Better Business Bureau in Phoenix AZ and they said they already had 9 complaints against this company. I need to get my refund as I am on disability and behind on my bills.
