Unexplained $21 and $28 Withdrawals From My Bank Account

I have no idea. I got my bank statement, and on 2/08 they took $21.00 for no reason, and on 3/5 they took $28.00 for no reason. I want to know who these people are. How are they taking money from my account without my permission? How do I contact these people?
