I ordered the trial products for S&H fees of about $4.00. When I received my bill there was an additional $98.00 charge. The terms and conditions were not mentioned in the offer. I called their phone and got a recording of my alleged agreement tp their terms and conditions. I will report this to BBB as well as my attorney generals's office in Illinois. I, too, would like to know how they get away with this. Also, the product did not improve my skin at all.
