I too was contacted by a payment systems salesman at my store, he spent over one hour answering my questions and telling me how my present machine was not compliant and how much money I would save each month. He stated that the company would take care of my old lease or reprogram my machine and that at anytime he would arrange to transfer my lease agreement to another customer if I was dissatisfied. I have not used the machine, or heard from the company, or have they returned my calls for assistance. I called the sales person who said he was transfered to Florida, and be back in Chicago the following week. Today I spent hours on the phone getting the run-around and found out that a fee is necessary to transfer my lease and that I have to find someone to take the machine. Best of all Jeffs phone has been disconnected, Imagine that! I too will be stopping withdrawals from my account. That might make them take notice.
