I bought two tablets that aren't what I expected. I cannot contact any technical support because the phone number says during "business hours" that they are not available. I called the number back that called me about shipping the tablets to me and he said that it forwards to his cell phone, so I know it was a scam. I want to get my full refund versus that bogus 25% restocking fee. They shouldn't be able to take 25 dollars of my money and warranty money and not even help fix the problem. They're shipping out of date, watered down versions of tablets. I don't think the reviews on the site are real as well. I will report it to my bank that I was scammed to try to get my money back if no one else can help me. But don't shop there. I got duped for the price and still didn't really get what I paid for. My cell phone is faster than this thing! If I get in touch with someone I will give them a piece of my mind.
