I ran an online vin check through carreport.com on 1/7 for $2.95, did not even receive the correct report for my vehicle which I was selling.
THe company then charged my account $29.95 on 1/10, I called the number on the charge 885-613-1485 and I was told my account (which I never signed up for anything) would be cancelled and refund would be issued.
The company again charged my account $29.96 on 2/10 and 3/8.
My credit card company and I both called and they tell us there are no supervisors or managers available and will not refund the money but will erfund 50% of the charges.
I did not sign up for anything nor receive anything so do not feel 50% refund is fair.
These are definitely scammers... Do not use them
