3rd year in a row!!! Occurs in February. Each year I dispute, my bank issues a new credit card. How can this charge recur on a new credit card? I remember using advice from these boards last year to contact Trend Micro order. Find to request reimbursement (which they did)- I think this is what the scammers want so they get your new credit card number and continue the scam hoping it won't be caught? My bank is now doing an official fraud investigation on this company. You would think with the huge numbers in damages, and the publicity online, that there is a federal investigation to bring down this scam!!
