We ageed to travel at our expense to Rozwell, NMex, meet his load and take him to StLo., Mo. At the end of the trip, Mr. Mark Williams pulled our his checkbook and calmly proceeded to write us a hot check in the amount of $5,131.30.
Our bank ran the check thru twice and charged us for the transaction. Attempts to contact Mark Williams have been futile and we have been in touch with the Prosecuting Attorney in St. Joseph, Michigan to bring formal felony charges.
Our driver remarked how Mark Williams bragged about much he would receive on this load. He has the audacity to be listed as LLC business as his business practices are highly unethical.
