I have to say that when I first got involved with Dealfun.com I was excited! I filled out all the information, bought my bid package and started bidding. Then I won my first bid! I was sold! This is the email they sent me.

"Congratulations on your win! We would like to inform you that one of your orders has shipped.

Order #: DFB13225455592181
Product Name: 7' Android Tablet
Tracking #: RF072590253SG

To track the status of your shipment, please visit the "Order History" page, which can be found under "My Account".

Thank you for choosing DealFun and we look forward to sending you more items in the very near future!"

Then I waited and waited and waited... Nothing showed up so I contacted them and this is what I wrote.

" Dec-21 23:55 (EST):
Hi! I had won a 7" Tablet on the 28th of Nov.
& I know that the shipping information was received on the 12-02, but
it is now the 22nd of Dec. And I've tracked this item yet there's no indication
of when it would be delivered. I was hoping that you could give me an E.T.A. As
to when that might be knowing that it's now passed the 12 bussiness days stated
that it would arrive.

Thank You for your time..." Then they responded with this!

I sincerely apologize you did not receive your package. It seems it may have been lost in transit. I have gone ahead and re-shipped your item at our expense.

I waited another week and a half to receive the "7 inch Android Tablet" and you know what? I didn't even work! I was livid and was done, however I had won other bids and merchandise in the interim and as a result things had not gotten any better! The last items were from the "Deal Wheel" which I never received. The straw that broke the camels back was this item I really wanted and this is what happened with it.

I waited and waited... AGAIN!!! This was it I had had it and this is what transpired...

First let me just say that up to this point I have really enjoyed your site. It's easy to navigate on as well as place bids and on any given day you can come out on top feeling like a WINNER! However, this is now my 3rd time having to contact you about NOT RECEIVING PRODUCT THAT I'VE WON! It has been about a month that I had won a Quad 8 Cell Phone & I still not only haven't received this product but I've been looking at my account and there have been no changes or e-mails regarding the status on this product nor on the last two Deal Wheel winnings that I've won! This is not the first time that I've had this issue. It was well over a month before I had received a tablet that I had previously won and it wasn't until I brought this to your attention that you were aware of it and acted on it! My question is who is responsible for keeping up with the product that is won by your customers on your web-site? Are your customers truly valued with the "PROMISE" that you promote? Or is this the normal expectation each should have after winning products or bids from your site? I can appreciate the fact that you get backed up and overwhelmed with the amount of cases like mine that you may have to deal with on a daily, Yet shouldn't that be an issue that you should have to resolve & not myselfas a customer? If I can provide all my personal information and pay for items when you ask, What is the expectation I should have as a valued customer once I win a bid on a product? I wasn't too impressed with the way my first product winnings was handled and just being ohnest I would have appreciated an upgrade at least for all the hassle I had to go thru to get it, not to mention that once recieving it, (7" Android Tablet) It Does Not Work! This is not exceptable ecspecially since all that I had to go through to get it was all for not. It's as thow I just spent time and money and energy on something I was really excited to recieve, and yet to have it delivered & not working has me furious. I really am not a negative person I understand things happen that are not necessairly in your control but the things that are in your control should be reviewed and addressed. I would appreciate a prompt response on this matter.
I also would like to return the item you shipped to me (7"Android Tablet) in the same condition I recieved it in, (Non - Functional). I would also appreciate any upgrades you may be able to accomidate me with considering the complications that I've had thus far, it would only seem appropriate in this matter as well havesomeone from your corporate office contact me ASAP reguarding this matter. Wow! That was really handled bad! After what I had wrote this is the response I received. UNACCEPTABLE! I have recorded every e-mail sent and received and I have every intention on using them to get my full refund. I would appreciate being included in any class action suit that is filed in this regard and can be contacted at the following e-mail address. Thank you. (Personal Information Removed)
