I purchased Clear 4G Highspeed internet for my home and was told by them it would handel down loading of movies from Netflix and other internet services, on at least 5 different times I called customer service and filed my complaint about the service being very slow around1-3 mbps most of the time around 2 mbps in the past 10 months that I have had Clear internet with no satisfaction. The only time that I had even service that was usable was early morning 6 AM till around noon for watching movies from Netflix, and the rest of the day it is almost impossible to download and watch without pausing or dropping off line, and I even have had problems accessing E-Mail and searching with Google.
I called to cancel my service because of not living up to their advertised speed, they want to charge me an early cancellation fee of $75 eventhough it is their fault I am cancelling.
