I ordered a free sample of (the eye & face cream) online. Then I spoke to a women in Texas I have her name, I agreed to pay the shipping cost £5 something then she started talking very quickly I couldn't understand her. All I caught was send me a sample & I told her again & again I didn't want anything else sending but she said just let me finish & I told her "NO I DONT WANT ANYTHING ELSE" I was very upset & she gave me a number in London to ring "But Why" I asked I hadn't wanted anything else. I received a small bottle about about 3inch high & I thought this was the small sample she was sending to try as I had asked to try the other products.
I made it very clear to her NOT to send anything else as I could not afford it. So "WHY have they taken this money & how can I stop them doing it again, it's terrible to do things like this to people, I am unemployed the money I receive is what I have to live on PLEASE HELP!
