Keep offering me millions if i pay $19.99! I respond they will get there money when i win!

This company should be punished and have to give all the people that have been stupid enough to send them money back!!! I just laugh everytime i get there letters! They want my $19.00 to process, i just respond with WHEN I GET THE MONEY I will give you the $19.99 you want!!
