I wrote this company several letters because I purchased a movie download from them at a cost of $24.95 and they WOULD NOT give me a refund period. Half of the letters that I have wrotethem have went unanswered, and they claim that they respond to email within 24 to 36 hours, and I have waited alot beyond that, and when they finally do respond to my request for a refund, I'm told that they are unable to refund my money, and that if I want to redownload the movie, I have to pay another $24.95!!! This company is a total rip off.
