Two guys in a tan van, on ventura and van nuys blvd. Around 6pm same story line as everyone elses... They looked tweeked out. One was fat and full of (Inappropriate Content Removed) the other was sort of sketched out and in his 20s, blue eyes. I Hope i find them.
