Waiting for member login, e-mail address returned, no response for three days. Checked bank - debit card charge was there. Called bank Monday, they could give me a phone number and said I needed to get credit from home profit center. When I called number, someone who said he was customer service couldn't find my information or give an explanation why I did not get an e-mail within two hours and why customer support e-mail failed. I expressed I wanted credit and didn't feel confident in the home profit center. No credit forthcoming.
