I ordered a bedroom set from Everyday Furnishings and after exchanging numerous e-mails with the company, who kept explaining the reasons for delay, I asked for a refund because they did not deliver. The excuse was they did not have a full load to fill thier trailer. When I wrote asking for a refund, the order was cancelled.By August, I received an e-mail telling me they were unable to deliver the order and I should contact my credit card company to assist me in recovering my money.By this time, the time had expired by two days, for me to re-coup any money from my credit card company. I initially checked this company out with Pulaski Furniture who assured me this company was one of thier clients. I have since then written to Louisiana Attorney General and State of New York Office of Attorney General, and had a private law firm try to get a response from these people. The order number was E1f16215 and the company was Furniture Brands Group, 545 8th Street, Suite 401, New York, NY 10018.
