Waste Management Customer Service is AWEFUL, they try and strong arm you into keeping there dumpster services, MATT TRAGER is the culprit, someone should fire him, his tactics are old and not acceptable. He's the reason we got rid of waste management. We had you guys for 5 years, this guys is horrible..
