It all started out when I had received a letter stating what we (my husband and I) was in need of prayer for. As a Christian family, we are in desperate need of finances and being that it was coming from a church, I figured that this was it. We did what the letter said to do and sent them seed offerings like they asked for. It sounded so legit.

I thought it was because after I got the second letter, they sent me a financial booklet and started praying for finances and saying my time for being blessed with finances were quickly on it's way. I have gotten 7-8 letters after that one right after the other. I decided to look it up on the computer and that is when I realized that it is a scam.

I called information and got a phone number for St. Matthew's Church in Tulsa Oklahoma and when I called, they said they get calls all the time by people trying to contact this place. They gave me a number so I could call them and when I called, it was a recording of a prayer for the people.
